Friday May 18 - Broadway South meets New York City producers
• I travel to New York for follow up meetings with theatre groups. I meet for a second time with the Araca Group, producers of “Wicked.” I am introduced to the composer and choreographer of an earlier Araca musical “Wedding Singer.” They support the Broadway South proposal and agree to write letters of recommendation and also make plans to join Araca executives who are scheduled to make trips to New Orleans in June.
